Bring your own Shirt!

During Pecha Kucha Night within the framework of VIENNA DESIGN WEEK, Motmot will print their cool Future City motif for free on pieces of clothing people bring along.

They have become a real “looker” on the streets of Vienna especially in summer, when people go short-sleeved. The talk is about Motmot T-Shirts that with their funky motifs and in hand-silkscreened quality slowly conquer the city. Motmot are the two graphic designer Anna Breitenberger and Stephen Reeder who entertain their little shop at Vienna’s Kirchengasse, where besides T-Shirts they also sell buttons and posters.

On October 8 Motmot will give a live silkscreen performance at Pecha Kucha Night within the framework of VIENNA DESIGN WEEK, where they will print the Future City motif on pieces of clothing that people bring along. And they do this for free, so “bring your own shirt!”
Motmot is also taking part in the exhibition "cute puppies", which is shown at the MAK / Museum of Applied Arts Vienna and for which they have designed the poster.

The live printing performance is kindly supported by Die Presse
