The United Nations’ Agenda 2030 is a global plan for promoting sustainable peace and prosperity and protecting our planet. It includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In the Festival Headquarters of the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK, the Basel-based Superdot.studio presents a joyful, spatial experience that invites visitors to explore the related subject areas together with attractively presented statistics, with the aim of reflecting upon their own – sometimes distorted – view of the world. The installation shows that even statistics can be rendered beautiful, entertaining, and amusing, with the help of the right information design and data experience design.

The experience was created in cooperation with the Swiss Federal Statistical Office. The installation in Vienna was realized with the kind support of the Swiss Embassy in Austria and Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia.

In the format Re:Form, Superdot.studio also presents the results of its cooperation with Tele Haase and OekoBusiness Wien: a visual tool for visualizing the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that is tailor-made to meet the needs of the control equipment specialists.
